  • Rs. 10 application form
  • Signed certificate showing the reasons for tenancy rights transfer
  • Original death certificate
  • Rs. 20 affidavit showing that neither you or your family possess any tenanemt in Mumbai city or its suburbs
  • NOC from original tenement holder for proposed transfer of tenancy rights.
  • NOC from cooperative society (if not formed, affidavit on Rs. 20 stamp paper declaring its non-formation)
  • If you are working or in service, certificate of annual income from your employer.
  • Affidavit on Rs. 20 stamp paper declaring your annual income. If not working, copy of your ITR Form
  • 2 attested photographs
  • Certified copy of payment receipt showing no outstanding rent payments.
  • Heirship certificate from Competent Authority showing your relationship with deceased (tenement hodler)
  • DD of a nationalized bank & certified copy of receipt of payment.

heirship certificate of mp government is valid in Maharashtra??. because my father's sister is settled in mumbai and she died unmarried and her mother is a localized of mp. nominee of that mhada flat is her mother.

that means legal heirs certificate is not valid in any other state. what is the further proceedings after that???
