procedure of giving off when a person perform night duty

Sr, i am working in a defence organisation where i work in office from 7 am to 2 pm and again 5 pm to next day 5 pm total 32 hrs contineous . I have been instructed to come to office on 3 rd day morning with out giving rest for the night duty . is this in order ?. i want to appeal in court against this . please clarify me what should be the off pattern .

Please approach your higher authorities and/or HRD Department with the problem. Going to Court is the last resort.

sr this instruction is issued from the higher authority and they are least bothered about the person doing duty. please revert me back with the policy regarding this .
