Many thanks for giving me the suggestions to fight my case.
Now i got a query , MY divroce case was under proceedings until she got the stay from the high court. she got the stay
order from the high court and now she is ready to give me the divorce on the basis of compromise.
My query is what steps should I need to follow to get this divorce ( On compromise) ?
What I need to ask that Bit**h to do before file the mutual divorce as she got the stay order ?
What are the documents which I need to keep so that in future so that Bit**h can not go again in the court and file the case ?
