This is regarding the project Subhkamna lords sector-79 noida, UP 201301, I booked a UNIT there by making a payment of Rs 8 Lakhs around an year ago by the name of Ved Prakash Srivastav and Ravi Prakash Srivastav.
During the booking sales person from Subhkamna communicated to me project is in soft Launch but it will be Launch in next 2 months. This is what communicated to me by sales person Mr. Amit Mittal.
Now Its been more than an year and project is not yet Launched. In the past also I followed up with them several times and every time they said in this quarter it will get launch but this didn't happen yet.
Considering this as a disputed project being a customer I demanded for the refund around 3 months ago, After several follow ups and when I was out of station they called my brother visited to their office and they given him as a refund only RS 8 lakhs INR.
My concern is they must enjoyed some interest on top of that, and If I have invested that money for more than a year somewhere else I will definitely get some handsome returns. Apart from this sales guy asked me to invest in this project and I will get 15% return minimum.
Now as they kept my money till more than a year, what is the procedure to take the intrest part on top of my principle amount.Please reply me.
