My father gifted a property equally to me and my brother which he purchased out of his own earnings in1988. in 2011 my father gifted the property to me and my brother as gift deed mentioning the value equal to current market rate at that time.
now me and my bother trying to sell one portion to settle all my fathers debts in bank and business but no one is buying because of value mentioned in market value at that time.my father got eb connection in the name of both us in the said land and paid land tax in the name of us dint change the name in patta and seems that he applied and in the mean while he passed away
my father did any thing wrong how can get out of this problem
