Few year ago Govt of Orissa alloted a plot to New India Assurance Company. As a employee of the company my father got a plot . He has the "Sales Deed", "Mutation Copy" and he has some "Tax Challans copies" that he payed for the corresponding plot , but we dont have the "Land Record Copy" (Pata) as the company not supplied it to us..
Now few days ago when we checked for the land Map in the corresponding dept of govt. , we found that "the disputed plot is not in the Map". then after when we went to that area's developement authority office to check for the records, those officials are saying that the Records of that area are missing.
So what to do and against whom ???
pleaaaase Help, its been a long i am in trouble.
