Probation

dear all , i am working in pharmaceutical mnc , i joined this company on 6 th july 2017 on a probation period of 6 month after on 1 st jan 2018 comapny extended my probation period for 3 month next review will be on 6 th apr 2018, but after that date company dint send me any communication about my conformation till date ,my manager threat me to terminate what action i can take ,kindly help

GO thru the narration in appointment letter issued to you.

IT might have been mentioned that confirmation shall communicated in writing.

In that case until confirmed in writing establishment shall treat on probation period.

IT is duty of stakeholders /bosses to initiate and complete appraisal in time.

You may keep the performance record and copy of previous appraisal and policy on appraisal, threats of termination with you.

For the time being that all you can and must do.
