two queries?
1) is probate of a will mandatory in banglore?
2) can the legatee sell or transfer the immovable property mentioned in the will without the probate?

to get legal right after the executor demise the probate of will from the concernned court is necessary and in future there will be no legal problems and it is better to transfer the property after getting probate
