Prioprietor business transfer

My client's father has a business which is in prioprietorship. His age is near about 64years. He want to transfer his prioprietorship business to his son. What all legal steps is to be taken for this.

Your client can execute a registered WILL in favour of his son bequeathing all his assets including his proprietorship business.
