We have purchased a flat in MIRAROAD, owners will be 1) mom 2)son 3) dad mom as a1st owner and son & dad as co owners. But the son is in qatar and it is not possible for him to come for registration. Mom is in qatar but she can come. My querry is, can son make a power of attorney in qatar on mom's name, mom who is also an co-owner.

yes son can make a power of attorney in her mothers name whih needs to be attested by the indian embessy at the quatar.
