Power deed

Sir, I have a divorced daughter with her son. Both are under my care.  We are living in my own house. I like to give a Power Deed in favour of my daughter. How long the Power deed could be used? I.e. the time limit to a Power Deed. Can I revert the Power deed if I decide during the course of time?

Else transfer of the property in favour of my daughter's nam with out expenditure or much expenditure.

Thanks

Jambulingam

What is a power deed? I think you mean power of attorney. If you want to transfer the property to your daughter without any stamp duty then, you can make a will in her favor.
