Post conditions for rcr

Hello All,

There is a complaint of 498a against me and my family at CAW. No FIR yet.

I am about to file RCR. Could you please let me know some conditions which would save me and my family from future litigation and eliminate current complaint legally so that we both stand equally here after.

Thank you

There can not be any conditions in RCR, it has to be unconditional.

Don't file RCR, seek AB.

DEAR NEVER GIVE UP,

PLEASE FILE YOUR DEFENSE WITH CAW CELL THAT WILL HELP YOU IN TRIAL AND GET ENDORSEMENT ON THAT ALSO. ALSO FILE COMPLAINT BEFORE THE INCOME TAX AUTHORITIES ABOUT THE DOWRY DETAILS AND RTI ON THAT.

Dear Sir,

I disagree, don't disclose all defenses in Women Cell. They almost never close the case unless greased.

Regarding Income Tax Complaint, it would be too premature, first get the bail and certified copy. Recently Delhi HC stopped a person from filing RTI as condition from Anticiptory Bail.
