Need expert advice from this forum. I have invested in plots (JDA Approved) in Jaipur Tonk Road Rajasthan and some amounts is still remained to pay. My Builder is saying that once I pay balance amount then he will issue possession letter not before that. But, regarding Registration matter, I have to wait till the time JDA(Jaipur develop authority) schedules their camp there and I am not sure whether same will be done within this year? Since I am in Delhi and unable to go there as and when basis to address my concern. In case if I pay balance amount and get possession letter then does this matters without registration in case if there is chance of fraud? Can’t I myself initiate registry process with Builder? What Registry laws says and how I can protect myself before giving my builder full amount? Any web link or document should I have go through then pls. share with me. I will grateful for your advice.
