Possesion not given

Hi Team -

I have purchased a Flat in kolkata , its a newly build flat , and registration was done on 28th March 2013 , also a possesion letter is also given given by builder that means flat is ready in all aspects , also a Loan is sanctioned from LIC HFL , so i have started paying my EMI . Still the builder hasent gave me the possesion as Electricity is yet to come , its being 3 months now , i have been calling the builder and do not get any proper response .

 

Please advice what should i do to get this issue resolved.

As the posession letter is given by your builder it is presumed that as on date of letter of posession u have taken posession. So now u need to send a legal notice calling upon his deficiency in service with reference to the particular clause in the Agreement entered by you with the builder.  If that be so Consumer action can be intiated. Better to consult a Lawyer
