Porperty transfer procedure(dda flat)

I lost my parents few years back. They have left me & my sister a DDA Flat in Delhi. I wanted to tranfer the flat in me & my sisters name. It currently in the name of my Mother. She has left a will for us.

Kidnly guide me with the procedure.

generically speaking:

The legal heirs of Hindu Female are ; Husband, Sons, daughters........

In case of WILL the beneficiary(ies) may submit the WILL to act upon the WILL to the authority under whose jurisdiction property falls (DDA) along with death certificate, certified copy of WILL, legal hier certificate...., NOC of legal heirs....

You can obtain the requisite, forms/fomats,procedure, fromalities from DDA and complete these.
