Police verification

I am selected for a central government job & they have sent me an attestation form for police verification . In the attestation form i mentioned about the private company where i worked ; there i didn't served the notice period of 15 days but they deducted the notice period recovery amount from my salary . sir will it be a problem during police verification ?

No , police will only verify your address and your character from your neighbours .

Is police verify religion? I filled christain in attestation form because I got converted to Christianity,but dont have any legal documents.please clear my doubt
