Police reports(pvr)

With respect, I shouvick kumar roy selected in WBCS-10(LRO Post), through proper government procedure i submit my PVR from but I'm facing problem to clear it in my coochbehar dist DIB cell. According to authority i submit all necessary document.now my question is

1. Through Affidavit i dropped my name sujit kumar roy presently shouvick kumar roy.(from Dist magistrate in couchbehar court).

2. have proper news paper notification,voter Id,PAN card,ration card,PGDES&MS(IISWBM) certificate in name of shouvick kumar roy.

3.MP.HS,BA,CAST Certificate name of sujit kumar roy,

according to DIB i infrom all authority like school collage university and SDO office through application about my name change and i submitted to DIB.

But last 7 month the authority did not give any response or clear my PVR for which i did not join my service now my question is what should i do in this situations suggest me.
