police not taking the FIR

I have a 3 to 4 NC registered on front person thanks police file case against me us 354 506 , and front party came to home twice i have recording also and abused to my mom and sister then also police smt registered the FIR but just on fake recording they file case against me. guide me i want to file the casE against them

thank you so much but I want that police should file the case FIR against them ! priorly then I will plan to file quash petition
