Sir , myself and friends parked our bikes in a hotel parking. Sewage tanker lorry hit our bike and crushed in the parking. We were trying complaint about hotel mgmt and lorry owner. But no action made. Somehow we influenced to register complaint in traffic and received CSR copy individually. It was used to claim insurance. But I doubt there was any action on hotel mgmt or lorry driver. So what would be my next action to get justice?
