sir there is a home which was a built by my grandfather and he has registered a will mentioning that it should be go to me and my mother.. now my mother in law i.e my moms brothers wife is claiming the share. And police has involved in this matter and harassing me and my mother. need help

File a civil suit for injunction against them and get this home muted in your name on the basis of will.
