Police can arrest police

hi every one,

i file case agaionst police under section 166,167,344,346,220,120b,pc act sec 8&13 throgh court.now i have all evidence to prove against that ipc sections but in my case dcp,acp,ci,si are accussed.court also gave investigation power to directly to dcp.now i have doubt

1) can police people arrest dcp,acp,ci,si?

2) final what is result in my case

Yea no such bar lies which prevents the arrest of a police officer .

Yes Police can arrest Police. The reason why police can Police is because if a wrong is being done then it becomes an arrestable offence. It is the duty of police officers to make sure that criminality is minimised. There is no exception do police officers.
