I'm Currently residing in Singapore on Work Permit basically from Mumbai.
Recently i have identified a Flat in Mumbai but as i can't be physically present for all the procedures need to give POA to my mother.
So have few doubts on the same:
1. As per my understanding, I need to write all the clause on A4 size paper and get it attested by Indian Embassy of Singapore and after that same need to courier it to my mother in mumbai and she has to get it registered in Mumbai,India before Registrar's office.
But please confirm if it is required to take two witness to Indian Embassy while i'm getting my POA attested.
As it is not possible for me to take witness to Indian Embassy so what is the alternative.
Isn't POA attested by Indian Embassy enough without providing witnesses.
2. For Loan disbursement all banks have different formats, is it not possible for me to create a single POA which can be used for all the purpose including Loan disbursement/Registration of House/ to pay stamp duty etc.
3. My Home Loan Bank representative is forcing me to create a separate POA which is been produced by his bank, as i'm planning to apply for another bank as well is it possible to make a generic one.
