My daughter has acquired a plot of land in Tamil nadu. She is a resident of the USA, and is issuing a Power of Attorney on my name to manage the property - ie registration, construction etc.
The Power of Attorney is being APOSTILLED by the State Department as laid down, and attested by the Indian Consulate.
1. After Appostilling by the US Government and Attestation by the Indian Embassy/Consulate, do I have to get this POA adjudicated in India ?
2. I am a resident of Bangalore whereas the property is in Tamil Nadu (Vanur Taluka). Where am I to get it adjudicated - in bangalore or in Tamil Nadu ?
