Pls help-- urgent

Dear experts..

Can anybody provide me citations regarding wife is not entitled for alternate accommodation (interim) when she is qualified & earning & wife is not entitled for alternate accommodation (interim) when husband has filed RCR and ready to accommodate her in matrimonial home
