Dear All,
I am planning to invest in plot at Thane (comes in Municipal Limit), Later I would like to build house. I have below questions in my mind can anyone clear my doubts??
What’s check list before investing in plot?
What’s Green Zone?
Is building a house permissible on green zone, If not can I convert green zone in other type of land (Like NA) where building house is permissible by government?
How much % land can be occupied for construction?
Also I would to hire a very senior property lawyer, who can legally guide me for every step as I never invested in plot before.
