I am new to this forum. After spending lot of time and energy, in running from pillar to post to find a suitable person who can sinceirly guide me to get the marriage certificate, i came across this website and consider this as my last hope. My query is mentioned below:
a] My brother in law got married to a phillipine nationalist in a church in Dubai. My brother in law is working abroad now and his wife i.e. my sister in law has been staying in India for the past 2 and half years with us. We want their marriage to be recognised as per Indian law so that it would be termed legal in India.
Please help me if you can.
