Please help

Respected Sir/Madam,

My wife filed false 498a case.

After that both sides agrred to pay x lakhs as permanent alimony and close 498a compromise petition.

this compromise petition not yet filed.

I asked MCD but they denied MCD and want exparty divorce.

in her divorce petiotion mentioned same 498a dowry harrassment and asking divorce on cruelty ground.

If i didnot contest divorce is there any problem to me?

how to agree  MCD other side?
