Dear All,
I am a user of Tikona Internet Service. ID 1110704429. I has sent a mail to tikona team that to have a full and final settlement payment in 1120/- so they has sent me mail that 590.80/- is final n full payment. i has paid the amount of 591/- as per their mail after 15 days getting that mail. In their mail they didnt mentioned any date. Anyhow i has paid and kept a mail saying sorry for the delay. And now i am getting calls from legal team that a case has been filed against me in Dehi High Court.
And now they are saying me to pay the remaining amount of 500/-. they they can withdraw the case. Regarding i has called tikona customer care so many times. but i am not getting any response.
Please advice should i pay the amount or ???
