Please advice

Hi,

My Grandfather (Mr.X) has four sons. X has a piece of land. The first two elders has agreed and signed an affidavit to share the land between the last (younger) two brothers. So, the two younger brothers have registered the land on their names under Gift partition about 4 years ago. Now, the first two elder people are fighting for their share (as the land price has increased). Please advice whether will the elder brothers will be justified in court?

Thanks,

Santosh
