CAN A PIL BE FILED IN THE COURT OF LAW AGAINST THE LEADERS LIKE K S BAINSALA AND OTHER FOR GUJJAR AGITATION DUE TO WHICH LACS OF COUNTRY MEN ARE SUFFERING DIFFICULTIES AS THE RAIL AND ROADS ARE BLOCKED BY THE GUJJARS. WHAT OFFENCE CAN WE CHARGE ON THEM ANY LEARNED LAWYER PLS ADVISE.

Once either Del HC or SC has made strong objection against such type lawlessness, where people have taken law into their hands and state was mute spectator.
The whole episode is very sad and no one should be allowed to take the country for a comfortable ride. Complete nonsense. These type of activity is dangerous for national Integrity.
