case no. 154/2014 NCDRF NORTH TIS HAZARI,

opposite party not repairing T.V. and called in the evening after 8 pm to come but they not and while passing from the way they capture a photograph of home,

is this pic of night can be an evidence of proof or how i deny that point of pic in my affidavit.
