a false case of sec 376 is charged against my cousin by a jilted lady and case is ongoing in court of maharashtra..while attending court he was attacked by alleged victim inside court premises,just outside court building and sustained cut injuries...fir lodged and and injury report taken...now what will be the next step for him to restrain them from doing anything like this?next hearing on 13 may.
