Pf withdrawl procedure

Hi,

Greetings to all.

I have a query regarding the PF withdrawl rules. Is any employee can get PF from his previous company where he worked for 1 yr but he has no releiving letter from that company.

If Yes, than what will be the procedure to get the amount of PF from that company? Is this the normal PF withdrawl procedure or different one?

Kindly suggest.

Thanks.

Yes.

Normal.

PF can not be attached.

Submit PF withdrawal forms along with covering letter addressed to MD/Head-HR under proper acknowledgment by redg. post and obtain POD separately ( both Internet generated signed with seal by postmaster and certified copy of run sheet of postman by paying a fee of Rs.10/).

Chase the company by written communications under acknowledgment to provide acknowledgment of having received PF forms and to supply acknowledgment issued by PF office upon submission of your forms by company.

PF forms should be submitted by company within 5 days.

Company can be punished / penalized for declining to attest PF forms.

Read rules/Citizen charter/Act at:
