I here by request a suggestion from the forum regarding " 3A upload not updated from employer ".
I worked for X Investment company till october 11 2012, and took all relieving letter , experience letter, 3 months salary certificate with PF application withdrawl form due signed. I apllied for PF withdrawl but shocked to see " 3A upload not updated from employer". There is a lapse from employer, without updating the relieving date and the amount deducted from my salary issued PF withdrawl form with due signed. Gave several complaint with PF officials but no use, then i applied for RTI application seeking on information regarding updation details . Soon PF officials rushed in search of company but found the company closed the office and hiding in unregistered location. Even if i send lawyer notice or consumer court notice to new office i am dam sure they will not recieve it. Kindly suggest me what kind of action can i take on employer for not updating and Inaction ny PF officials too.
