Anil (Senior engineer)     31 March 2012

Pf transferred from tcs to epf,but not reflectied in my acco

Hi,

My name is Anil Kumar working in Sasken communications, Bangalore.

My previous employer was Mirc electronics , Mumbai worked between

29-Oct-2007 to Feb-11-2010.

I applied for my PF transfer from TCS to Mirc Electronics.

I worked in TCS between 29-Nov-2005 to 05-Oct-2007.

Mirc Electronics PF and pension account number : MH/22799/13577

TCS PF account number : MH/BAN/48475/168480

TCS pension account number : MH/BAN/48475/35878

Sasken communications Bangalore PF Account no : KN/14943/7735

Details of Provident fund transfer from TCS to MIRC.

Cheque date : 11-DEC–2009

BANK : HDFC Bank ltd

Amount : 89,173 Rs

I applied for PF transfer from MIRC to Sasken Communications, Bangalore in the month of March-2010 and only MIRC PF got transferred in the month of sep-2010 but not TCS PF.

When I contacted TCS , they told that cheque cleared on 07-Jan –2010.

I raised a grievance on 11-Apr-2011 and 14-Jun-2011 to RPFC, Kandivili. So far no response received.

Is it possible to file a case against EPFO,Kandivili for their negligence and not responding for any of grievances for the past 1 year.

You can :

--raise RTI application.

--contact PRO.

--escalate to CPFC.

While you escalate attach copy of letter/email of TCS confirming clearance of chequ from your a/c and complaint/reference number of your complaint lodged with RPFC.

Address of CPIO,CPFC,PRO is available at website www.epfindia.gov.in, www.epfindia.com

You can also contact a PF consultant at Mumabi.
