Pf related issues

Hi,

I have PF related issue with my employer. I want to initiate legal proceedings against the company. The PF is with PF trust and not with EPFO( EMPLOYEES' PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION)

Please provide me the court details where I can file my complaint .

Can the case be file with PF tribunal court. Does Karnataka have PF tribunal court?

I am facing this situation. I worked with company for 10 Months & company was deducting the PF amount from my salary to PF account(account no was mention on salary slip) but when i left the job and tried to withdraw amount from PF account, i found that there were not a single PAISA in my PF A/C. I asked to Company MD but he always told me he will manage in some days.

Now please suggest what should i do.
