PF Account

I worked for a private organization after my engineering and signed a bond at the time of joining for an amount of 2 lakh rupees to serve the company for two years.After joining I was made to work 12 hrs a day and there was compensation for it so I left the job and recieved a few notices from the organization to pay the bond amount which I ignored. Now I got an offer from PSU will there be any problem if I join in PSU without paying the bond amount. I didn't provide my experience details while applying for the PSU. Now I got a doubt that after joining in PSU while applying for a EPF account I have to provide my UAN number...Can they track my employment status in previous company with the UAN number???
