Sir can u tell me why u need this petition..?? there is two things....First whethere u r late to file Annual Return ??? n Second u r not held AGM ??? If u hv not held AGM then u can petition to CLB to exetend for time limit..u/s 167......but whether u hv not file Annual Return with in time it is compunding offence u/s 162.
