pet shop query

I am Vivek, I am gonna start my pet shop sonner.. I need to know the legal requirements to start a pet shop.. kindly guide me regarding this!

You need to get veterinary practitioner registration from municipality of your area,
it has nominal fee of around ₹ 5000
you have to follow other requirements as provided in cruelty to animals (pet shop) Rules,2016 before and after getting the licence.
