Permission of charity commissioner

we purchased land from trust without permission of charity commissioner, sale deed already made in 1981 & also the property transfered on my name.but during convertion of land tenure (non agri) collector ask for permissiom of charity commissioner. Now what we can do what is the other way to covert land tenure pl inform. Thanks B.j.Patel.
