perjury case

Muslim women filed partition suit against sister in-law (wife of plaintiff's brother), I have appeared for defendant side. fact the is that plaintiff earlier admitted in her cross examination that her mother died in "M" city and date of death also got entered in "M" city municipal same was produced by plaintiff and it has got exhibited, now plaintiff disputed that her mother died "N" city to be corroborate her contention she produced a certificate which was issued by local Anjuman Committee.that certificate also exhibited.further I cross examined she denied her earlier deposition. can I file 340crpc application for the offence punishable u/s 193 of IPC against plaintiff?

Yes, you can. But it's solely at the discretion of the Court to lodge a Complaint.
