Sorry but still my question remain unanswered
I would like to know that would 340 and 91 will have impact on the final order ( increase or decreased of maintenance as I had not submitted my income proof of working abroad for which her lawyer ask to produce). Secondly her right to stay in matrimonial house ( property transfer from my mother in law to my father and his brothers). Son right in ancestral house. And can she claim on his behalf as my lawyer says that first she has to file for guardianship.
Sorry for query as worried for next hearing and want to prepare for it. I know I am in worst condition not disclosing it before but want to hear the fact no matter in my favor or against.
I know people want to hear what is in there favor but I am looking for the truth as having doubt that my lawyer is making money from me by giving false hope
