my grandmother was a teacher. she
is 91 years old and suffering from dementia and is bedridden. she was drawing her pension from Canara bank. the branch stopped paying her pension stating that court has to appoint a legal guardian for the same. her husband ( nominee for pension) is alive. the account is single and not joint with her husband. please help
