Person ''A'' working under autonomous body "X" in central Govt. under old pension scheme has technically resigned to join on a post in State govt. "Y" under New Pension System.
1. How will his pension be fixed by X?
2. How will his pay be fixed by Y?

If he is already member of old pension scheme he will continue to be so.
