A travel agents driver forcefully takes a customer to a shopping palce wherehe gets commission. Customer got dissatisfied and vacated from the hotel due to this service. The hotel claims that they lost the business of 20 lacs necause of travel agents poor service. The hotel claims penalty of 20 lac from the travel agent for this act. Is it legal. Pls help with sections and act.
