Dear Experts,
My uncle is working in a private unaided engineering diploma college in thane as a sr. lecturar run by a private trust.
ACB has arrested him by lying trap on the complaint of a student for whom he was a guide for the project from college saying he is a public servant.
Complainant said ,to sign on project report my uncle has demanded bribe & signed.
this is to malafied my uncles image in college.
As per the PC act,it seems that he can not be a public servant as he is not holding or conducting any examination,he was a simple guide for the project.
Request you experts to help ,can we quash the FIR .
