I have taken loan from hdfc , from last 6 months i have not paid emi which was 15000/- . they have filed 138 for 15000/- .. i am ready to pay the amount in court of 15000/- but the bank nor court is ready to accept it . they r asking there total loan amount which is 500000/- . how can i pay it in one go .. i have requested bank as well as court that i can pay 15000/- every month , but they are not listening .. can you help me please that how can i proceed ... thanks
