Paying guest

Hi All.I am from chennai. One of my collegue recently shifted from a pg to another pg. In the new pg,advance was 13000rs and rent was 4200 rs. She saw the pg on Jan but informed the ladies who are already there ,that she will be able to come on MARCH only. Now the problem is there is no owner's intrevention. There is no bond for 13000 advance. It works like when one person goes out of pg ,she has to get a new person in and collect the advance from new person. My collegue shifted into the new pg on March. She has paid rent for March. Since she didnt feel comfortable with 13000k without a bond,she moved out of the pg at March end. Now she has not paid the advance but she has paid the rent for one month she has stayed. She has informed them 1 week in prior to vacating the pg. Now the 4 ladies in that pg are threatening her that she has cheated them and asking her to pay either 13000 or 9000 rs(for Jan and Feb). These four ladies are threatening to lodge police complaint. She has not signed any bonds. Kindly advice
