sir i am currently working in uprvunl a state goverment undertaking of uttar pradesh since 10-june-2011.i have selected in engineering service exam reserve list 2010 whose exam and interview were done prior to joining uprvunl. i have called for medical examination on 9 th october 2013 for the reserve list of 2010 for which i have sought the permission from my dept saying that the exam and interview have given before joining organisation they have given me the permission to attend it. now i have alloted with indian ordinance factory service through the said reserve list.i want to know that is i am eligible for pay protection from state psu to central goverment as i fulfill necessary condition of through proper channel and what is the procedure to apply for pay protection i.e. does i need to right technical resignation instead of just resignation on my resignation.
