I am a 51-Year-Old JWO of IAF retired after 20 yrs of service on 30-Nov 2002 and got re-employed as a Clerk in the Defence Accounts Department on 16-Apr-2012. My application to the PCDA (WC) Chandigarh to fix my payment as per the extant rules got turned down citing the reason that I am a "FRESH ENTRANT" through SSC and my pay has been fixed rightly at 5830/- with a GP of Rs.1900/-. I am from Coimbatore in Tamilnadu but currently posted in Delhi Region. I am facing tremendous financial hardship in maintaining 2 separate establishments; one in Coimbatore and the other here in Delhi. Pls guide me and help me.
